SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is less a viewing platform than an installation. The trade-off is time and crowds. People linger at SUMMIT because there is more to do than look out of a window, so allow 1.5 - 2 hours against Edge's 1 hour. If you want a view and nothing else, you are paying for features you will not use.
